Red Nose Day 2021

The theme of this year’s Red Nose Day is Funny is Power. The coronavirus pandemic has had a devastating impact on many people, including the people and communities helped by Comic Relief funding. On Friday 19th March, pupils and staff came to come to school dressed as superheroes. These could be the traditional superheroes, but of course, not all superheroes wear capes, so this was an opportunity for us to come dressed as the people we consider to be superheroes. This year, we heard the school community’s funniest jokes. Parents uploaded a video of themselves onto their child’s Dojo account, telling a funny (appropriate!) joke. Pupils prepared their funniest jokes for a Teams comedy show- Magna Carta Does Stand-up- on Red Nose Day.
