I have worked as pastoral and administrative support in schools for the past 15 years. I consider it a privilege and very much enjoy being part of a support system for young people. I am full of admiration for all teachers, they do a brilliant and important job educating our young people. My aim is to be a support to staff, pupils and parents in any way I can, so that every part of the school works as it should and the pupils can learn, grow and develop in a safe and caring environment.
