From a young age physical education has been one of my main passions. Every person is unique, and every pupil at Magnc Carta is given opportunities to enjoy an active physical lifestyle. Since starting as a PE coordinator it is clear that physical activity and physical education allows pupils to shine and build characters in their own safe environment. Furthermore, we enable all pupils to fulfil their potential (whatever that may be) without any limits.  

Physical education is key in being physically and mentally healthy. I learned this through my own education path: Physical Education GCSE, Biology, Physics and Chemistry A Levels and finally finishing at Anglia Ruskin University doing Sports and Exercise Science. This has allowed me to shape and grow in my knowledge and passion. 

Teaching as a career is extremely rewarding as I am able to witness pupils' progress and evolve into what they can be.
