Burnt Mill Academy Trust new Primary School

Burnt Mill Academy Trust will be opening a new Primary Academy in Stansted Mountfitchet. The Magna Carta Primary Academy will open September 2016 for reception children whilst new buildings are being prepared ready for the full school to open September 2017.
The Magna Carta Primary Academy will be on the site of the former St Mary’s School site, St John’s Road, in a new state of the art building, although based in the Peter Kirk Centre for the first year.
Burnt Mill Academy Trust took over Forest Hall School in February 2015 and the school achieved record GCSE results that year. The Trust has also made vast improvements to 4 primary schools in Harlow since its formation in 2013. Its vision for the Magna Carta Academy is to ensure the provision is outstanding and that the children make exceptional progress whilst becoming happy, confident young people. The children will have access to a wide enriching curriculum, including high quality sport and musical tuition.
